Cecon Development Corporation of Gander are pleased to announce that they plan to develop 48 units Retirement Park in Phase 3 of Eastgate Subdivison which is located off Cooper Boulevard in the Town of Gander.
The anticipated construction to commence in 2015 and with completion in 2016. The development will consists of two cul-de-sacs located behind the large green space with access from Brigg Street across from the new Gander Fire Hall. The proposed development will be for adult living 55 plus with two bedroom units, fully landscaped and year maintenance included.

The anticipated construction and design will be completed in 2016 with completion 2017. The development will consist of three bedroom duplexes, quad-plex and six-plex design with both one storey and two storey design. It is proposed that selected units will have garages and basement. The development will consist of two cul-de-sac design streets with minimal traffic and green space allotment.
